Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup SKIPPY® Natural SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries or raisins

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine peanut butter spread and honey; mix well.
  2. Cut 1/2 inch from top and bottom of apple; discard.
  3. With apple corer, remove core from apple.
  4. Cut remaining apple into 4 horizontal slices.
  5. Spread 2 slices with peanut butter mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cranberries; top each with remaining apple slice.
