Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat linguine
- 1/3 cup light Asian sesame ginger vinaigrette
- 5 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Natural Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 cup thin strips cucumber
- 1 cup (3×1/8×1/8-inch) julienned carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Directions
- Cook linguine according to package directions; drain.
- Rinse under cold running water until completely cool.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine vinaigrette, peanut butter and orange juice; mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
