Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, divided
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1½ cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In stand mixer, cream together ½ cup butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Mix to combine.
- In separate bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add to mixer bowl. Combine on low speed until dough is formed. Spread dough evenly into bottom of 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly golden on top. Allow to cool.
- In stand mixer, beat together powdered sugar, peanut butter and 4 tablespoons butter until fluffy. Spread evenly onto cooled crust layer.
- In microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips and remaining 4 tablespoons of butter. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, heat for 10 more seconds, and stir again until smooth and melted. Spread over peanut butter layer.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Cut into bars to serve.
