Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sugar strawberry spread
Directions
- Spread peanut butter evenly on 2 slices bread. Spread cream cheese evenly on remaining slices bread; top with strawberry spread. Assemble sandwiches.
- Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add sandwiches; cook over medium heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown.
