Ingredients
- 1/3 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In food processor bowl or blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over salad greens.
