Ingredients
- 2½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger-flavored soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
- 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Garnish: chopped green onions, chopped roasted peanuts
Directions
- Place chicken in plastic zip-top bag. In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and next 6 ingredients. Pour soy mixture over chicken. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 10 minutes. Garnish with green onions and peanuts, if desired.
