Ingredients
- 1 cup original pancake and baking mix
- 1/3 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 large banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- Sliced banana
- Maple syrup
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, peanut butter, milk, chopped banana, pecans, cinnamon and egg; mix well.
- Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Heat over medium heat.
- Scoop about 1/3 cup batter into skillet; cook, turning once, until pancakes are golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve pancakes topped with banana slices and maple syrup.
