Ingredients
- 1½ cups almond milk, divided
- ¼ cup maple syrup, divided
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds, divided
- 3 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Garnish: coconut flakes, banana slices, fresh blueberries and toasted sliced almonds
Directions
- In small bowl combine 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 4 tablespoons chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight.
- In small bowl combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, remaining 2 tablespoons maple syrup until paste forms. Gradually whisk in remaining ½ cup almond milk and remaining 2 tablespoons chia seeds until well blended. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Spoon mixtures alternately into parfait glasses. Garnish, if desired.
