Ingredients
- 1 large egg, well beaten
- 1 taco-sized flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
- 1 strip HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® bacon, cooked
- 1 (1-ounce) American cheese slice
Directions
- In small lightly greased, non-stick skillet, over medium-low heat, cook egg, stirring often until set.
- Spread tortilla with peanut butter, leaving 1-inch border.
- Place bacon slice, cheese and egg down center of tortilla and fold sides over.
- Cut in half, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
