Ingredients
Cheesecake Parfaits:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 (4-ounce) dark chocolate bars, chopped
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Garnish:
- Shaved chocolate curls
- Chopped roasted peanuts
- Fresh mint sprigs
Directions
- In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Divide mixture among parfait glasses.
- Place chopped chocolate and heavy whipping cream in microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat on HIGH 1 minute. Stir and microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter and divide evenly among parfait glasses.
- Top with whipped topping and desired garnishes.
