Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Place oats on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool completely.
- In large bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter and remaining ingredients.
- Shape into 1½-inch balls. Fashion balls onto sticks if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 4 days.
