Peanut Butter Granola

What better summer snack than a home-made peanut butter granola? This can be used as a topping for some yogurt or ice cream, mixed into a tasty trail mix, or even eaten by itself for breakfast with milk! The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup SKIPPY® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In large bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats. Mix well to coat. Transfer mixture to prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely on pan. Store in an airtight container.
