Peanut Butter Granola
What better summer snack than a home-made peanut butter granola? This can be used as a topping for some yogurt or ice cream, mixed into a tasty trail mix, or even eaten by itself for breakfast with milk! The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup SKIPPY® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
Directions
- Heat oven to 325°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In large bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats. Mix well to coat. Transfer mixture to prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely on pan. Store in an airtight container.
