Ingredients
- ¾ cup syrup
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 standard size (3.5 oz) microwaveable bag popcorn cooked according to package directions – about 7 cups
Directions
- In small saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter and salt.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Pour over popcorn. Quickly, but gently stir until coated.
- Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet and cool 5 minutes.
