Ingredients
- 1 cup SKIPPY® Natural Peanut Butter Spread
- 2 large eggs
- 2 medium-sized very ripe bananas
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey
Optional toppings of choice:
- Dark chocolate morsels
- Raisins
- Blueberries
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- In blender, add peanut butter and next 5 ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour batter into lightly greased standard size muffin tin.
- Top with desired toppings and bake to 12 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
