SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Raspberry Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white baking chips, melted
  • ¾ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
  • 6 tablespoons raspberry jam

Directions

  1. Line muffin tin with 6 paper liners.
  2. In small bowl, combine melted white baking chips and peanut butter spread until smooth.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter spread mixture in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Top each with 1 tablespoon jam. Cover jam with 1 tablespoon peanut butter spread mixture and smooth tops.
  4. Chill 30 minutes or until peanut butter spread has hardened. Remove peanut butter cups from liners.
