Ingredients
- 1 cup white baking chips, melted
- ¾ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
- 6 tablespoons raspberry jam
Directions
- Line muffin tin with 6 paper liners.
- In small bowl, combine melted white baking chips and peanut butter spread until smooth.
- Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter spread mixture in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Top each with 1 tablespoon jam. Cover jam with 1 tablespoon peanut butter spread mixture and smooth tops.
- Chill 30 minutes or until peanut butter spread has hardened. Remove peanut butter cups from liners.
